Wow! Khloe Kardashian Lost 11 Pounds by Removing Dairy Products From Her Diet

'In a month and a half, I lost 11 lbs. just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different,' says Khloe of how she gets her curvaceous body shape.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian has shown impressive weight loss over the past few years. In an interview for the January issue of NewBeauty magazine, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reveals her healthy lifestyle to lose weight.

"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference," Khloe tells the magazine, before revealing the result, "In a month and a half, I lost 11 lbs. just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different."

Khloe also reveals her bad habit in the past. "I was a mindless eater. I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I'm sure many of you can relate to)," she says. "I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn't give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body."

Despite her curvaceous body shape, Khloe admits she still feels insecure about her looks. "I have moles and freckles and they irritate me. They are an insecurity of mine, and I wish I could have clear, beautiful skin," she says. "I've had people say that I have breakouts on my back when it's really my moles. Those are things I don't know how to fix."

The 31-year-old reality TV star also dishes on getting cosmetic procedure in the future. "I haven't done Botox or anything like that yet, but I have no problem doing it," she says. "If I need filler, and when I do, because one day I will, I'm going to get it. But until then, I'll do whatever I can to prevent wrinkles and aging."
