The 'Mean Girls' star helped them perform their collaboration 'Dancephobia' as well as the British band's hit 'Rio' during their concert in London.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan stole the spotlight at a recent Duran Duran concert in London. The blonde beauty made a surprise appearance onstage during the band's show at the O2 Arena on Tuesday night, December 8 to help them perform "Dancephobia".

Lifted off the British rockers' latest album "Paper Gods", the song features a spoken interlude from Lohan. At the live show, the "Mean Girls" actress emerged on the stage in a sparkling blue crop top paired with matching flared pants two minutes into the song to deliver her part.

At the same concert, Lohan also joined the group during a performance of their hit "Rio". Wearing a golden sequin dress, she sang some lines alongside vocalist Simon Le Bon and danced a little bit with him.

Back in September, Duran Duran's Le Bon talked about his unlikely friendship with Lohan and how their collaboration happened in an interview with PEOPLE. Saying he'd known her for "years and years and years," he explained, "I met her in New York when we were both appearing on the 'Regis and Kelly' show, believe it or not, so we stayed in contact in a relaxed way."

"She texted me, and I said, 'Well, I'll try and find a slot for you.' And then 'Dancephobia' came up. We really needed something special for that little space in the song, and Lindsay delivered 100 percent," he continued. "She's very special. I'm really proud that we've got her on it."
