Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were given invitation to reprise their roles on the Netflix series but did not pop up at the end.

AceShowbiz - All hopes for Olsen twins' appearance on "Fuller House" are squashed. Show's star Lori Loughlin has confirmed that Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen won't be reprising their famous breakthrough roles on the "Full House" reboot.

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Loughlin said the first season of "Fuller House" was officially wrapped but the Olsens did not drop by and she doubted that they would make cameos in the future. "No, I don't think they're going to make a cameo. They didn't this season," Loughlin said.

Executive producer Robert L. Boyett said in May that "although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of 'Fuller House', I know how much 'Full House' has meant to them and they are still very much considered family." Netflix's Ted Sarandos brewed it with a glimmer of hope, telling reporters at 2015 Summer TCA press tour, "The Olsen twins are teetering on whether or not they'll be around."

John Stamos said last month that he had extended an invitation for the twins but to no avail. "They're onto a different phase of their lives, they haven't acted in a long time, but everything is super sweet between us," he said.

"Fuller House" is to premiere on Netflix next year.
