Kimmel tries to prevent Chewbacca from jumping off the rooftop and makes Ford, who was angry at his on-screen pal, forgive him for old times' sake.

AceShowbiz - Jimmy Kimmel welcomed the cast of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" to his talk show on Monday night, November 23. Carrie Fisher, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega as well as director J.J. Abrams sat down with the host to talk about the most anticipated movie of the year.

For those asking where Harrison Ford was, don't worry! He's not missed out. The actor who reprises his role as Han Solo in the upcoming film took part in a funny sketch with his on-screen companion, Chewbacca.

Turns out after all these years the relationship between the two best pals had turned sour because of an issue involving a woman, so Kimmel explained. The comedian's speech was later interrupted by a sound of sirene outside the studio so Kimmel checked it out and he saw Chewbacca contemplating suicide by jumping off the rooftop.

Ford who appeared to pass by was initially ignorant and even yelled angrily at Chewbacca, urging him to jump. But Kimmel tried to cool Ford down and reminded the actor that he had many good times together with Chewbacca.

That's when the scenes show Ford and Chewbacca's beautiful moments together set to Adele's new hit "Hello". Ford then came to Chewbacca on the rooftop and convinced his furry pal to call off his suicide attempt. The two even shared a big hug to end their feud.

During an interview, director Abrams revealed, "We have a couple more color corrections, but we're done. I can't tell you the relief I feel." The stars, meanwhile, shared the moments they found out they were cast in the movie. Boyega recalled when he told his father the good news, "He said, 'Oh my god, that is fantastic! What is 'Star Wars'?' "
