The 'Underworld' director/producer is spotted partying with a leggy model while his wife is filming the latest installment of the movie franchise.

AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale's marriage to her director/producer husband Len Wiseman is reportedly on the rocks. The rumor emerged after he was spotted having a night out with a leggy blonde in Los Angeles while his wife was on set filming her movie.
Wiseman, 42, was pictured hitting The Nice Guy with 24-year-old model named CJ Franco. They were partying until 2 A.M. before leaving together. According to a scoop from TMZ, the director ditched his wedding ring during the outing.
It's reportedly not the third time Wiseman and Franco hit the town together. Beckinsale was nowhere to be seen as she was in Prague shooting "Underworld: Next Generation" which her husband is producing.
Beckinsale, 42, married Wiseman in May 2004. They dated after working together on the set of the first "Underworld" movie. He served as a director and she was the leading lady.
