In a newly filed lawsuit, Dillon claimed they had sex twice earlier this year during which she felt like she was raped.

AceShowbiz - Josh Duggar's name is back making headlines after a lawsuit against him is brought up to public by a porn star. The shamed "19 Kids and Counting" star is sued for $500,000 by Danica Dillon who said he roughened her up during sex.

In court documents filed on Tuesday, November 17, Dillon claimed that she and Duggar slept twice earlier this year. He allegedly "assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" when they had consensual sex in March and April. The sex was so awful that it left her with "physical and emotional injuries", making her feel "as if she were being raped."

Dillon said they met back in March at a Philadelphia strip club where she gave him a lap dance for $600. He later invited her back to his hotel room and made a deal to have sex with her for $1,500. She felt she was "manhandled" during the intercourse and it was not something that they agreed on or she consented.

The following month, he went looking for her again in a different strip club. He apologized, they had another consensual sex but he remained rough. Dillon said she had to seek psychiatrist help for severe anxiety after their encounters.

"The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial," Dillon's attorney Marc Frumer told In Touch. "They are all relevant if he takes the stand."

Duggar infamously put his family's name in the bad spotlight after his alleged affair went public in May. Jim Bob and Michelle waited at least 16 months to inform authorities after Duggar confessed to molesting his sisters in 2002, then tried to cover up his crimes for years.

On another news, a report also emerges that porn was found on Duggar's computer when he was a teenager. "A Duggar family member once bought a computer from Josh and found explicit porn saved on the computer," a source told ET. "They went to discuss what they found with [his father] Jim Bob and were told, 'Not my son. It must have been on the computer before he got it'."
