AceShowbiz - AceShowbiz's Thanksgiving movie guide 2015 is back with its second and final part that continues the discussion of selected movies to watch during the festivity. Listed below are a couple of blockbuster action movies from big franchises and some comedies for children and adults that will make you burst into laughter.

"The Hunger Games" saga finally reaches the end of Katniss' journey in "Mockingjay, Part 2", promising an epic fight as well as a conclusion to her love story. Daniel Craig's last performance as the world famous spy James Bond in "Spectre" is also not to be missed. "The Good Dinosaur" and "Peanuts" will be perfect entertainments for the whole family, while adults may prefer "The Night Before" from Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, whose expertise in the genre is no longer questionable.

ACTION

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2

Release Date: November 20

Picking up where "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" left off, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" follows Katniss Everdeen in a final battle to take down the Capitol. With the nation of Panem in full-scale war, Katniss teams up with her closest friends to assassinate President Snow who becomes obsessed in destroying her. As the rebellion reaches its climax, the final installment of "The Hunger Games" movie series promises epic battle scenes. Grab some tissues as the trailer suggests that the upcoming movie will be very emotional, playing with the unshakable bond between Katniss and her sister Prim. Not to be missed is the resolution to the love triangle storyline between the beloved heroine, Peeta and Gale.

Spectre

Release Date: November 6

Movie lovers definitely do not want to miss "Spectre", especially when this could be Daniel Craig's last time slipping into the shoes of Agent 007. In this twenty fourth installment, the British superspy travels to Mexico City and Rome to uncover the existence of a sinister organization named Spectre. Double Oscar winner Christoph Waltz plays the villain, Franz Oberhauser, though it's believed that it's an alias to Ernst Stavro Blofeld, a super villain who has appeared in several Bond movies. Keeping the tradition, "Spectre" features some hot and fierce ladies with Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux getting the honor to be Bond's girls this time, allowing some sexy scenes to slip in between action sequences. Sam Mendes, who delivered the previous Bond movie "Skyfall", returns to the director's seat, promising an equally if not greater masterpiece.

COMEDY

The Good Dinosaur

Release Date: November 25

Forget "Jurassic World". "The Good Dinosaur" isn't about a ferocious animal that is threatening everyone around him. The movie which marks Peter Sohn's directorial debut, instead, highlights an unlikely friendship between Arlo, a young orphaned Apatosaurus, and a human caveboy named Spot. Their journey to find Arlo's family after they're separated during a disaster is surely to be a heartfelt story. From Pixar, the studio that brought to you "Toy Story" and "Cars" among many other hit animations, "The Good Dinosaur" is expected to surpass this year's hit "Inside Out (2015)". So good the movie is that it has been included on the shortlist of movies eligible to be nominated for Best Animated Feature at the upcoming Academy Awards.

The Night Before

Release Date: November 20

Christmas comes early in "The Night Before". Trying to repeat the success of "This Is the End" and "Neighbors", frequent collaborators Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg team up as producers for another male-centric raunchy comedy. Unlike most Christmas movies, at the center of the story is three childhood friends who have a tradition of spending Christmas Eve with debauchery and hilarity. As they're ready to embrace changes, the trio plans to have one last hurrah together in New York City. What comes next is hilarity that ensues from their drugs-fueled night. Joining Rogen in the cast are Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie who will be enough to lure women. To make it even merrier, Miley Cyrus is set to make a cameo.

Peanuts

Release Date: November 6

"Peanuts" didn't become one of the most popular and long-running comic strips without a reason and this only gives a reason for parents to take their children to watch the movie. While adults can get nostalgic with it, kids can learn a lesson or two from Charlie Brown and his friends. A story of friendship, love and failure as well as a fun adventure are mixed together as Charlie tries to win the affection of a girl who just moved to the neighborhood while Snoopy goes up against his nemesis, The Red Baron. Touted as a 3D animation that keeps Charles M. Schulz's legacy, the comedy film promises to present well-written movie with a psychological value.
