Get a sneak peek at the small-screen adaptation of the successful action comedy movie franchise starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

AceShowbiz - Here's the first official trailer of CBS' "Rush Hour". The network has given a sneak peek at the upcoming one-hour action drama comedy series based on the blockbuster movie franchise starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

If the trailer is any indication, the show will be as hilarious as the movies are. From their awkward meeting to their different personalities, all will be the source of humor on the show. Their misadventures during their pursue of the bad guys also spark hilarity.

Following a similar story, style and structure as the films, the TV series centers on a stoic, by-the-book Hong Kong police officer assigned to a case in Los Angeles where he's forced to work with a cocky African-American LAPD officer who has no interest in a partner.

Now partnered in Los Angeles, Detective Lee (John Foo) and Detective Carter (Justin Hires) must learn how to work together - all while Lee tries to acclimate to life in the U.S. and extract his sister from the deadly Quantou.

Written and executive produced by "Cougar Town" co-creators Bill Lawrence and Blake McCormick, it will premiere later in the 2015-2016 season.
