Ellen DeGeneres really had no idea who would come as guests to celebrate the milestone and they're none other than her two 'favorite people.'

AceShowbiz - Guess who came to surprise Ellen DeGeneres on her talk-show's 2000th episode? It's Jennifer Aniston and Justin Timberlake. The former NSYNC member and the "Friends" alum, whom Ellen dubbed two of her favorite persons, helped her celebrate the milestone on Thursday, November 12 without her knowledge.

Jennifer was the first to show up, bringing a welcome mat. She recalled bringing Ellen the same rug when she was a guest on her first episode 12 years ago. After some short nostalgia, Jennifer said, "I think it's time to sort of bring sexy back."

That's when Justin came out as a second surprise for Ellen. The comedienne admitted it wasn't easy to surprise her. "It always somehow leaks out, somebody tells me something," she said.

But this time her crew managed to do it. "I wanted to play ping pong and they were like, 'Stay in your dressing room,' " she revealed how strict her staff was that day.

It didn't stop there as Kerry Washington paid a visit to give her a custom pair of Olivia Pope wine glasses. Later, Peter Roth, president and chief content officer of Warner Bros. Television Group, brought Ellen to tears with a touching gift, dedicating Stage 1 to the host.

"Ellen, for only the fourth time in the 90-year history of Warner Bros. and in recognition of this the 2,000th show, I am so pleased and so personally privileged to be able to officially dedicate Stage 1 which forever more will be now known as 'The Ellen Stage'," he said, before handing a plaque honoring the new stage title.

He went on praising Ellen, "Honestly, on behalf of all of us, you're a treasure. You're a national treasure and now a Warner Bros. treasure."
