AceShowbiz - "Doctor Strange" casting news keeps coming although the movie has already kicked off production in Nepal. TheWrap learns that the latest addition to the Marvel superhero flick is "Transparent" star Amy Landecker, but the role she is going to play is still kept under wraps.
Benedict Cumberbatch is attached to play the titular role of Stephen Strange, Chiwetel Ejiofor is tapped to portray Baron Mordo, and Tilda Swinton is cast as the Ancient One, a character who was originally portrayed as male in the comic books.
The movie directed by "Deliver Us from Evil" helmer Scott Derrickson is expected to open the doors to Marvel's supernatural realm. It is scheduled to hit theaters across the United States on November 4, 2016. Rachel McAdams also joins the cast as a rumored leading lady.
