Can Barry save Caitlin when Grodd returns to Central City and kidnaps her?

AceShowbiz - It's speed vs. size in the next episode of "The Flash". Grodd, or what some would say an urban legend, returns to Central City and kidnaps Caitlin in the next episode of The CW's series.
But can Barry save Caitlin? The hero himself is seemingly not confident that he can beat Grodd with his existing skills. Still, Caitlin relies on him and her friends at the S.T.A.R. Labs to help her.
"Gorilla Warfare" airs Tuesday, November 17 at 8/7c on The CW. According to the synopsis, when Grodd returns to Central City and kidnaps Caitlin, Barry and team race to find her before it's too late. Meanwhile, Cisco plans his first date with the new barista at Jitters, Kendra Saunders (guest star Ciara Renee), and Patty (guest star Shantel VanSanten) begins to suspect Barry is hiding something from her.
