At her first book-signing event, Khloe reveals how Lamar gets information about the outside world while being hospitalized and why she wants to keep her marital status to him.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian finally attended her first book-signing event in Hollywood on Monday night, November 9 after she postponed it for a while to stay by Lamar Odom's bedside. At the event, Khloe talked about Lamar's current condition and why she wanted to keep her marital status to him.
According to NBC News, Khloe said that the former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star was "doing better every day for sure - which is a blessing - but it's going to be a long road, and he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it's going to be a long time."
The 31-year-old reality TV star revealed how the former NBA star got information about the outside world while being hospitalized. "He doesn't have social media. He doesn't have a cell phone. He doesn't watch the news," Khloe explained. "I see him everyday. So he's aware from what I tell him or the messages that I give him - all positive and filtered things of course."
"He also can't really digest all the information right now," Khloe added. "So even if we tell him, we just keep it, 'Hey, you get a lot of support but you can't go on too much more detail on that.' " Regarding her marriage to Lamar, she said, "I'm still married for a multitude reasons, but intimacy is not one of them."
Attending the event while Lamar remained hospitalized made Khloe feel uncomfortable. "It's just bad timing. Even hard for me to feel comfortable sitting here, doing something like this and I don't feel like guilty that I should be elsewhere right now," she said.
Following the event, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star thanked her fans for coming to the event. "I can't even begin to say thank you!!!!!! I love you all so deeply and I'm so blessed to have you in my life!!!!" Khloe said on Twitter. "Lol my face literally hurts from smiling too much. Ha."
