AceShowbiz - While production continues on the upcoming video game adaptation "Assassin's Creed", the Head of the video game content at Ubisoft, Azaizia Aymar, has shared some new images from the set of the film. The images feature some weapons that may be used in the upcoming movie.
The first image gives a look at two medieval swords, one of which has the Templar cross carved into the pommel. "Look at what I found on #assassinscreedmovie set! Those Abstergo guys just love Templars!" so reads the caption of the photo. In the video game, Abstergo Industries is a multinational corporate which serves as a front for modern-day Templar activities. The picture may suggest that Abstergo will also appear and play a part in the film.

The second picture features a close-up image of a sword with a sculpture of the head of a bearded man. Aymar has hinted that the old man on the hilt is Hugues de Payens, a co-founder and the first Grand Master of the Knights Templar.
