AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj received social media backlash on Sunday, November 1 after posting on Instagram a photo of controversial Halloween Bill Cosby costume and a video of her taunting a woman in wheelchair. Nicki has since deleted the video.
Nicki posted a screenshot of an image shared by DJ Clue which showed someone dressing as Bill putting drugs into a beverage of an unconscious female whom he's holding. "Our generation is so desensitized," the "Super Bass" hitmaker captioned it.
One commenter said the pic was "so f***ed up." Another commenter termed it "disgusting." A third user added, "This isn't what Halloween is about."
Nicki also posted a video of her dressed as a busty fairy with a wand at a Halloween party in Las Vegas. In the clip, the "Anaconda" hitmaker was seen cracking up with friends as she waved her hand at a woman who appears to be in a wheelchair. "Now if only I could find Handi-Man," she said, referring to Damon Wayans' handicapped-superhero character on the '90s "In Living Color".
"Walk! I command you to walk," she added, before bursting into laughter.
Nicki later clarified that the person was not in wheelchair. "Lol. That's NOT a disabled person and u know that," she wrote on Twitter, linking to a tweet from Perez Hilton. "Are u that desperate for attention?" She added, "B***h, u knew. That's my friend in a scooter. Have a great day. I surely will."
