Anthony Mackie Makes Fun of Critic for Loving 'Man of Steel'
Movie

The 37-year-old actor doesn't seem to be a DC fan as he ridicules a movie critic who loves the Superman film and calls him 'bananas.'

AceShowbiz - Anthony Mackie, who portrays Sam Wilson a.k.a. the Falcon in the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War", recently had a debate on whether or not DC's 2013 film "Man of Steel" is any good. Speaking with Frosty from Collider, the New Orleans-born actor openly ridiculed him for loving the Supes movie.

It is pretty sure that Mackie is not a big fan of DC Comics. During the interview, he was asked to decide whether his favorite is DC or Marvel. Instead of directly answering "Marvel," the actor asked back to the interviewer about a DC movie that's good. When the interviewer chose "Man of Steel", Mackie automatically laughed it off and called him "bananas." "You just email everybody you know and ask them what they thought about the movie," said Mackie, who couldn't accept Frosty's opinion about the Zack Snyder-directed superhero movie.

At one point, when Frosty said that he loved "Civil War", Mackie made a joke. "No-no-no don't say it's good. Because that means if you say it's good, its awful. You have awful taste!" he said.

Fans can see the performance of Mackie as Falcon in "Civil War", which is slated to be released in the U.S. on May 6, 2016. In the upcoming movie, Falcon will be siding with the Cap (Chris Evans) as the shield-wielding superhero will fight against Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).
