The new photo gives a look at Jared Leto's villainous character having 'Joker' tattoo on his stomach.

AceShowbiz - Some new photos of "Suicide Squad" have arrived online. One of the photos, which is originally taken from the newest edition of Empire magazine, shows Jared Leto in full costume as the Joker.

The photo reveals that the villainous character has the words "Joker" tattooed in giant letters across his stomach. Besides the green hair and white makeup, the Joker also sports crocodile-skin overcoat as he wields a walking stick.

There are some other photos shown in the magazine. One of them features Enchantress while another one shows Deadshot having a conversation with a man. There are also a glimpse of Queen swinging inside jail and a behind-the-scenes photo which captures the Joker being interviewed.

The article in the magazine also reveals in what point Deadshot will be when he appears in the movie and how his relationship with Harley Queen (Margot Robbie) will be like. Asked about how the movie will tell Queen's story, director David Ayer explains, "It's about her breaking free of the Joker and becoming this fully actualised, independent person. That really is a metaphor for everyone's journey here."

Deadshot himself, Will Smith, hints that there will be a love triangle that involves his character, the Joker and Queen. "Harley is the biggest troublemaker, but Deadshot's actually eyeballing her a little bit," Smith says. "There's a pretty ragged romantic triangle there." This may sound familiar for comic book fans as the chemistry between Deadshot and Queen has been explored in "The New 52" universe.

The "Focus" actor goes on giving details about his character in the upcoming supervillain movie. "As the movie opens, he has a really big career score," the actor reveals. "He's looking to turn over a new leaf with his daughter after the hit, but it goes wrong. It goes terribly, terribly wrong. And it lands him in Belle Reve for life."

"Suicide Squad" also stars Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis, Jay Hernandez, Common and Scott Eastwood. Ayer wrote the script alongside Justin Marks. Based on DC comic books, the movie is slated for a release in the U.S. on August 5, 2016.
