The philanthropic singer gave Taylor Rayburn a lifetime experience by meeting her in person at the backstage of her Atlanta concert.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift made a 6-year-old cancer patient's dream came true. The "Shake It Off" singer met her fan Taylor Rayburn at the backstage of her Saturday, October 24 concert in Atlanta after her mother Andrea Swift spotted the little girl and her mom.

Towards the end of the show, Taylor Rayburn's mother Allison saw Andrea and approached her to say hi. "I said to Taylor, 'Come on, if you can't meet Taylor Swift, you can at least meet her mom'," Allison told E! News. Andrea then took them to a special spot to watch the rest of the concert from a director's chair.

Andrea continued the VIP treatment by taking the mother and daughter backstage to meet Taylor in person after the show ended. "The whole experience was just wild to me," Allison said. The Grammy-winning singer told little Taylor that she was glad she could come and see her. They took a photo together.

"When we were leaving and going on the escalator, Taylor looked at me and said, 'I can't tell if this is a dream or if this is for real'," Allison said about her daughter. The girl later said, "I guess dreams really do come true if they're not impossible." Allison wanted to thank Andrea and Taylor for the good experience, saying "I am just in awe of the whole thing. She was just very, very nice."

Taylor Rayburn was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Wilms' tumor, a rare kidney cancer that predominantly affects children. She went under the knife to remove the tumor and one of her kidneys. Her chemotherapy should end in December and her prognosis is good.

"We are so thankful for the prayers from everyone and that God has had his hand on her the entire time. We have been blessed and wanted to give back, so because of her sickness we started the Project Team Taylor and celebrated her birthday this past year with that...while she was in the hospital," Rayburn told E! News. "So, despite her situation, God has brought about good things from this situation and for that we are thankful and thankful for everyone's prayers and support."

Taylor Swift's mother is also a cancer survivor. The singer announced the diagnosis in April but undisclosed the type of cancer.
