Taylor Swift Denies Buying $25M Mansion, But Reports Say She Did

According to a new report, the title of the Samuel Goldwyn estate has now been transferred from the seller to a Nashville-based business which has Taylor's address.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift took to Twitter on Tuesday, September 29 to deny report she purchased a $25 million mansion in Beverly Hills. "What the press says I'm doing: Buying a Bev Hills mansion, getting married in an English castle. What I'm doing: Playing a show in St. Louis," she wrote. But according to a new report by TMZ, the "Shake It Off" hitmaker did buy it.

The site claims they checked tax records of the Samuel Goldwyn estate on Thursday, October 1 and found out that the paper trail lead to Taylor's address. The title of the lavish mansion has reportedly been transferred from the seller to a Nashville-based business which address leads to the "Bad Blood" singer's home.

Variety previously reported that Taylor "shelled out $25 million in cold hard cash for the Tinseltown pedigreed Samuel Goldywn estate in Beverly Hills."

According to the site, the property sits on almost two acres in the celebrity enclave. The elegant mansion includes "a nearly 11,000-square-foot main house with six bedrooms and at least five bathrooms plus a two-room guest apartment above the garage, extensive gardens, sunken tennis court, swimming pool, and pool house with kitchenette."
