The British singer and the actress announce via their respective social media account that they will host the awards show which this year will take place in Milan on October 25.

AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran and Ruby Rose are set to host the 2015 MTV Europe Music Awards later this month. The singer and the "Orange Is the New Black" actress announced the news via their respective social media account on Wednesday, September 30.
"So happy to say I'm hosting the #MTVEMAs on 25th October! Cannot wait," Sheeran told his fans in an Instagram post. Shortly after, Rose posted the forthcoming event's poster featuring her posing next to the British redhead. She wrote in the caption, "So excited to be hosting the MTV EMAS In Milan with Mr @edsheeran !!! See you there!!"

Sheeran's BFF Taylor Swift leads the nominees with record-breaking nine nods including three for her collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, "Bad Blood". She's additionally up for Best Female, Best Pop and Best Live Act among others.
Other acts with multiple nominations are Sheeran himself, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, 5 Seconds of Summer, One Direction and more.
