ABC has apologized after confusing the 'Quantico' star with another Indian actress, Yukta Mookhey.

AceShowbiz - ABC confused Priyanka Chopra with another Indian star. The network recently made a blunder by showing a photo of fellow Indian actress Yukta Mookhey winning Miss World in 2009 for a promo of an upcoming interview with Chopra on "Nightline".
Twitter users quickly pointed out the network's mistake. "Uh oh, @Nightline! That's Yukta Mokhey when she was crowned Miss World. Not @priyankachopra!" fashion blog High Heel Confidential wrote on Twitter. Another Twitter user wrote, "Whoops, ABC promoted their new show with a photo of the wrong Indian woman."
Chopra herself responded to the picture mishap but she seemingly took it in stride as tweeting, "Lol!"
ABC later issued an apology for the mistake and corrected the promo. "Our sincerest apologies @priyankachopra . Here is the corrected story," the Alphabet network tweeted. The 33-year-old actress who now headlines "Quantico" responded, "Thank you for the correction @Nightline."
