Victor is eliminated in the second week despite showing improvement, while Bindi Irwin and her pro partner Derek Hough deliver a waltz that's 'close to perfection.'

AceShowbiz - "Dancing with the Stars" season 21 has eliminated its second pair this week. Following the elimination of Chaka Khan and Keo Motsepe on Monday, September 21, another celebrity and the pro dancing partner were sent packing on Tuesday night, but first they and the other remaining pairs got to dance again.

Tonight's dances celebrated the hometowns of the pro partners. Hayes Grier and Emma Slater kicked it off with a quickstep. The judges loved how cool and fresh it was, but Julianne Hough still thought he stuck out his booty too much. The YouTube personality earned 23 out of 23 points.

Carlos Pena Jr. and Witney Carson followed it up with a cha cha. Bruno Tonioli complained that he was squatty and missed a couple of steps. Carrie Ann Inaba "wasn't impressed tonight," but said he had "so much swagger." The actor/singer earned 31 points.

Up next were Gary Busey and Anna Trebunskaya who danced a paso doble. It was fun and entertaining but as Carrie Ann said, it was no paso doble. Bruno added that "the steps were off kilter," but he still looked forward to seeing the actor next week. Gary earned 15 points.

Andy Grammer and Allison Holker danced a contemporary number. Noting that it was difficult, Julianne said "it was really beautiful and so much better than last night" though she complained about his arms. Bruno said Andy nearly missed a lift, but he did a good job. The pop singer earned 23 points.

Alexa Vega and Mark Ballas danced a rumba which Bruno deemed "sensual, classic." Carrie Ann said, "You nailed the signature move, however in the beginning you were a bit stiff - it didn't quite come together for me." Julianne agreed with Carrie Ann, but still called it "beautiful." The actress earned 22 points.

Paula Deen and Louis Van Amstel danced a tango. The celebrity chef admitted that she forgot some steps. Carrie Ann said she was blown away by Paula's sex appeal and urged her to get the choreography. Paula earned 18 points.

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough danced a waltz. Bruno said "it was close to perfection," but warned her to be careful with her shoulders. Carrie Ann called it "stunning" and "magical." The daughter of late "Crocodile Hunter" star Steve Irwin earned 23 points, her lowest score yet.

Kim Zolciak and Tony Dovolani took the stage next to dance a foxtrot. The judges noted her potential and Bruno urged her to "push it further" and watch her footwork. Carrie Ann thought she did better last night. The reality TV star earned 18 points.

Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold danced a quickstep. Carrie Ann pointed out a few mistakes, but called them a power couple. Julianne and Bruno praised his maturity despite being only 22. The Legion of Honour recipient earned 22 points.

Victor Espinoza and Karina Smirnoff danced a rumba. The judges praised him for showing a commanding performance despite his height. The Triple Crown-winning jockey earned 20 points.

Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess danced a foxtrot and Bruno said he's "back on track" following last night's slightly disappointing performance. "It was magical tonight," Carrie Ann gushed, as Julianne advised him to watch his chest. The boybander earned 24 points.

Tamar Braxton and Valentin Chmerkovskiy performed the last. They nailed their charleston with Bruno calling it "uplifting" and "fantastic." The singer earned 25 points, bringing her to the top of the current leaderboard.

Following the performances, the results were unveiled and Victor Espinoza and Karina Smirnoff were the unlucky pair. They were sent packing in the second week.

Next week, "DWTS" will return with the theme of "TV Night". Season 19's champion Alfonso Ribeiro will serve as a guest judge.
