AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt didn't send any wedding gift to his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston who tied the knot with Justin Theroux last month. The rumors first published by The National Enquirer claimed the "World War Z" actor sent the newlyweds an expensive vase as a wedding gift.
The publication quoted a so-called "insider" as saying that Pitt bought his ex-wife and her new husband "a big Baccarat Crystal vase filled with sunflowers, and sent it over with a note of congratulations." Theroux was allegedly upset by Pitt's present and refused to display the vase in his and Aniston's Bel Air home.
According to the magazine, Pitt was sincerely happy for Aniston and Theroux's marriage. However, he allegedly had a specific motive behind his kind gesture. The publication said Pitt hoped the focus on his ex-wife's new relationship would help the public forget about his own alleged "troubled marriage" to Angelina Jolie. "The vase came just from Brad, so we're wondering if Angelina even knows about it," the alleged "insider" added.
Following the report, a rep for Aniston told Gossip Cop that it was "totally made-up." The rep also said that Pitt never sent a wedding gift to the couple.
