Hargitay reveals there have been talks for Swift to make a guest appearance in an episode of the long-running NBC crime drama.

AceShowbiz - As one big fan of hit TV series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", Taylor Swift would probably make a guest appearance soon. The series' star Mariska Hargitay hinted about a possible gig for the songstress, telling Entertainment Tonight, there have been talks with Swift to appear on an episode of the long-running NBC crime drama.

"We just talked about it," Hargitay told ET during a break from filming. "We're going to wait until the end of the [1989 World] tour to see how it goes. But it's in the air." Fans will thus have to wait until mid-December before the show can finalize plans with the "Shake It Off" hit maker.

It is no longer a secret that Swift is a big fan of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit". The 25-year-old pop star even named her cat after Hargitay's character, the Manhattan police sergeant Olivia Benson.

Hargitay herself has been recruited as one of Swift's ever-growing squad, which includes Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, and Selena Gomez among others, and has appeared in her "Bad Blood" music video. Back in June, Hargitay joined Swift on stage during a concert in Philadelphia.
