AceShowbiz - A new rumor suggests that the real villain of "Suicide Squad" may not be the villain everyone has been assuming it is. While the leading theory suggests The Joker (Jared Leto) would be the main antagonist, the new rumor from Heroic Hollywood says the main villain will actually be someone thought to be one of the movie's "protagonists."
According to Umberto Gonzalez, The Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) is the main antagonist of "Suicide Squad". Enchantress is reportedly on a mission to find her brother whom she wants to resurrect and The Suicide Squad is "sent on a mission to stop her from destroying the world."
The blogger then points out at recent "Suicide Squad" Comic-Con trailer which showed the shots of the team but Enchantress "is mysteriously absent."
"Suicide Squad" ended its principal photography in late August. Director David Ayer posted on Twitter two photos of the entire crew and cast on the set of the movie. "It's a wrap folks! #SuicideSquad #WarnerBros #DCcomics," he captioned one of the shots. The film is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on August 5, 2016.
