The video highlights the 'Ginger' (Jerome) and the 'Gorgeous' (Barbara) of Arkham who cross paths in the asylum.

AceShowbiz - FOX has released a clip from "Gotham" season 2 that highlights the beginning of relationship between Barbara (Erin Richards) and Jerome (Cameron Monaghan), who may or may not be the Joker. In the video, the two cross paths in Arkham Asylum.
Jerome greets Barbara as "Gorgeous", suggesting her to befriend fellow inmate who will be able to protect her. A devious villain as she's always been, she shows how she easily lures a big guy to be her protector. "You're bad," Jerome tells her with a smile.
Barbara was sent to Arkham after killing her parents. Richards said her character would meet "this band of emerging villains who shape who she's going to be in this series."
The villains she referred to may include new faces Theo Galvan (James Frain), his sister Tabitha a.k.a. Tigress (Jessica Lucas), Robert Greenwood (Dustin Ybarra), Firefly (Michelle Veintimilla) and Joe Pike (Leo Fitzpatrick), in addition to the returning ones such as Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), Edward Nygma a.k.a. The Riddler (Cory Michael Smith) and Jerome.
"Gotham" returns Monday, September 21 at 8/7c on FOX. Michael Chiklis is also added to the cast as Gotham City Police Department Captain, Nathaniel Barnes, who "lands on the GCPD like a tornado, ripping out the dead wood of Gotham's police force."
