Subject to an inspection, the couple was found to have wasted more than the alloted water amount during the worst drought in California.

AceShowbiz - In the times when clean water is almost rare in California, Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga allegedly wasted the supply. The couple was listed among violators in 24-7 water patrol inspections in the month of June.
The documents, obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, were issued by the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District inspectors. Due to state-mandated goal of reduction, these inspections are conducted to find and penalize water wasters. The agency covers 122-sq.-mile stretch of territory of towns inland of the Malibu coastline.
Jenner owns a 4,900-sq feet mansion close to Tyga's rented mansion. The couple was found to have used more than the allotted water amount in their multi-million dollar homes. Residents were only allowed 15-minute outdoor water use two days a week. Jenner is cited for two violations and will have to pay $100 per violation.
Other violators are David Hasselhoff, Dr. Dre and Denise Richards.
