Bobbi's boyfriend was reportedly paid for $40,000 for photos and video of him crying during his visit to her grave at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.

AceShowbiz - Nick Gordon, who was banned from his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral and is facing a wrongful-death suit over her passing, was paid for his teary graveside pics, Page Six reports. According to sources, the money is reportedly used for Nick's "legal defense fund" because he's "broke."
"It was not by accident that Nick was photographed at the site," claims an insider. Another source says National Enquirer paid Bobbi's boyfriend $40,000 for the shots. "Nick is broke," the source adds, "He can't afford to defend himself. There was a deal for that money to go to his defense fund."
Entertainment Tonight licensed the video, which aired Wednesday, August 26. According to sources, Nick visited Bobbi's grave on August 17 with members of his team, "but tipped photographers had staked out the cemetery for two days to capture the dramatic scene."
Nick could be seen bringing some red and pink roses as well a folder full of photos of himself, Bobbi and Whitney Houston to the gravesite. He later took off his glasses and wiped off the tears as he looked on the photos he placed on the grave.
