Stephen 'Steve-O' Glover faces up to a year and a half in jail, a fine of $1,500, and restitution for the cost of the police and firefighters.

AceShowbiz - Stephen "Steve-O" Glover is facing multiple criminal charges following a dangerous SeaWorld protest. The city of Los Angeles will also seek financial restitution for the cost of the police and firefighters dispatched to the construction site where he did his stunt.

He was charged on Monday, August 24 with creating a false emergency, use of unregistered fireworks, storing fireworks without a permit, possession of fireworks without a permit, and trespassing. He is facing a sentence of up to a year and a half in jail and a fine of $1,500.

The "Jackass" star climbed a 100-foot crane in Hollywood and inflated a killer whale with the words "SeaWorld Sucks" written across it when he reached the top. He stayed at the top of the crane until the sun set and, at one point, lit fireworks. A large cushion was laid down below by the firefighters should he fall.

Last year, Steve-O also landed in trouble for another SeaWorld protest. He was cited a violation of California's vehicle code for altering a SeaWorld exit sign to read, "SeaWorld Sucks," on a San Diego highway.
