AceShowbiz - Despite some media speculation to the contrary, Caitlyn Jenner will not be appearing in the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars". The show's casting director and co-executive producer Deena Katz has confirmed the matter to Gossip Cop.
"I think Caitlyn would be great on the show," Deena said in a statement before then adding, "I think right now she needs to figure out her life. Trust me, we will be fighting for her at some point. But for now, let Caitlyn become Caitlyn." On the reason why, Deena stated, "Coming on 'Dancing with the Stars' is a big huge burst."
"I kind of turns your life upside down," she went on telling Gossip Cop. "Let's let her get her normal life before we disrupt it all over again, but she���d be great."
The upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars", which will be the 21st, is set to be kicked off on September 14 later this year. The first cast member is set to be announced on Monday's "Good Morning America", with additional celebrity participants to be named each day this week.
