AceShowbiz - Melissa Benoist's Supergirl met four adorable six-year-old Girl Scouts, who wore additional red capes over their Daisy uniforms, on the set of the upcoming CBS superhero series. The star shared on Instagram adorable images from their visit.
Melissa donned her full superheroine costume in both pictures. In one picture, the young Girl Scout troop raised their fists in true Supergirl fashion, mimicking the actress. In another, Melissa kneeled down to pose for a group hug with her mini-mes.
"The Super Girl Scouts of Oklahoma dropped by National City today," the actress said in one photo and added in another, "... And I'm pretty sure we had a good time."
The Girl Scouts of Oklahoma are real-life heroes. Earlier this year, they were honored at the White House Science Fair for creating a battery-powered page turner out of Legos to help people suffering from mobility issues. President Barack Obama called it "awesome" and "cool."
