Susan Scheiner is reportedly still unable to reach agreement with Zelda, Cody and Zachary Williams over Robin's estate.

AceShowbiz - Robin Williams's widow Susan Scheiner and his three children Zelda Williams, Cody and Zachary are in stalemate over the late actor's estate. According to court documents obtained by Los Angeles Times, Zelda, Cody and Zachary claim Susan is trying to negotiate more money and is seeking a guaranteed income stream.

Robin's children alleged Susan's "seeking to increase her share of the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children." However, Susan's attorney Kevin Clune said on Wednesday, August 19 that his client "only wants to ensure that the funds Robin left behind are properly managed and distributed as he wished" and "has never asked for anything other than what the law requires or what Robin wanted."

Susan asked the court to rule on expenses issue of Robin's Tiburon home as she could be responsible for it. Susan said trustees overseeing the estate have calculated the value of the property and its associated expenses but didn't explain to her how they came up with the numbers.

Susan claimed she hadn't received any money from a trust Robin made for her to pay her cost of living and some of his personal items were under dispute. Robin's kids, meanwhile, said trustees already determined the personal property belongs to them. They got a majority of assets in the estate.

The kids said in the court docs, "In fact, about half of the trust's net assets will be placed in Susan's trust for her benefit for her lifetime, while at her death, her two children and the three Williams children will share the remainder of those assets, if any, one-fifth each."

A hearing for the case, which was originally scheduled on July 29, is pushed back to August 28.
