AceShowbiz - Jared Leto was questioned by police at Los Angeles International Airport after a friend with whom he was traveling allegedly hit a photographer in the face. According to TMZ, the incident happened shortly after they just touched down in the city.

The "Dallas Buyers Club" actor was questioned by police officers when he and his travelmate were about to get into a car. The police officers told the website they responded to a possible battery. Leto and his friend were questioned about the incident. After the law enforcement had finished talking with everyone involved, they determined no arrest was needed.

Apparently, they could solve the problem amicably as Leto's friend reportedly shook hand with the photographer following the talk. They then went on their way. It's unclear what led to the battery but the photographer was pictured having a bloody lip.

The scuffle aside, Leto is currently busy filming "Suicide Squad". The 44-year-old actor has a major role in the DC movie, playing The Joker. In the movie scheduled to be relesed in the U.S. on August 5, 2016, he stars alongside Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney and Cara Delevingne.
