AceShowbiz - This young DJ will apparently do anything to get Madonna's attention. The 18-year-old Brazilian named Nick Deboni recently remixed the singer's "Devil Pray" and he really wanted her to give it her stamp of approval. He then placed a classified ad in the Tuesday, August 11 issue of the Los Angeles Times urging the veteran diva to check out his version of the track.
The unlikely ad, first pointed out by Billboard, features a large photo of Deboni's face. The teen wrote alongside the image, "I published this ad to reach you Madonna and ask you, please, to approve my remix." He also included links to his official Facebook and SoundCloud pages.
After published on Tuesday, the ad began trending on Reddit. Deboni's "Devil Pray" remix has so far garnered more than 70,000 plays on SoundCloud. However, it remains unclear if Madonna has listened to the teenager's version or not. Her rep hasn't responded to Billboard's request for comment.
