Bobbi's conservator has filed an amended complaint against Nick, accusing him of causing the 'wrongful death' of his girlfriend.

AceShowbiz - Nick Gordon gave Bobbi Kristina Brown "toxic cocktail" and then put her face-down in a bathtub filled with water, according to an amended complaint filed by her conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove on Friday, August 7. Bedelia accused Nick of causing the "wrongful death" of Bobbi.
Bedelia said in a statement, "I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I extend my sincerest condolences to all of her family. Consistent with and to the letter of the civil action I initially filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, we will continue to pursue justice for her. I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count for wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown."
According to the complaint, Nick came home at Bobbi's Georgia townhouse on January 31 at 6:00 A.M., hours before Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter was found face down in the tub, after "being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge." Nick and Bobbi "became embroiled in a loud argument" after reviewing camera footage and listening to her conversations.
"Defendant screamed at Bobbi Kristina accusing her of cheating, going so far as to call her a 'whore,' a 'bitch,' and other names," the papers alleged. "The argument lasted for about thirty minutes and then everything abruptly became quiet."
Bedelia alleged Nick gave Bobbi "toxic cocktail" which rendered her unconscious, then put her face down in a tub of cold water and came out of master bedroom sporting different outfit. According to the complaint, there was another woman at the house and Nick "laid his head on female guest's ankle and stated, 'Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.' "
Fifteen minutes later, another person at the house went to Bobbi's bedroom to check on her who was found "unresponsive, unconscious" with a swollen mouth and "another tooth hanging loosely from her mouth," the papers stated.
Nick then allegedly returned to the bedroom, let the water out of the bathtub and shouted "Clean up, clean up" while other began performing CPR. "Defendant then began to slap her saying, 'wake up,' and also started performing CPR between slaps," said the papers.
Nick and Bobbi allegedly also got into a fight before she was found face down in the tub. During the argument, Nick "lunged onto Bobbi Kristina while she sat on the living room couch ... and continued to beat her in the face until she was bloody."
Nick's representative hasn't commented on the report yet.
