The 'Beauty and a Beat' hitmaker surprises a 15-year-old teenager who missed her quinceanera after contracting meningitis and almost dying.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber surprised a 15-year-old fan who survived from meningitis with a quinceanera party. In the Tuesday, July 28 episode of "Knock Knock Live", Ashley Quintero beamed from ear to ear when the "Never Say Never" hitmaker paid a surprise visit to her house.

"She's a really big fan of mine. She missed a lot of important events in her life, I just wanted to bless her," Justin said. According to Ashley's sister, the teenager missed her quinceanera after contracting meningitis and almost dying. She found the strength to overcome her disease after listening to Justin's song "Pray". "Justin Bieber's music is really what got Ashley through this," the sister shared.

Justin gave Ashley a beautiful gown and invited her to a surprise party with all her family and friends. The "Baby" singer later presented Ashley with shopping spree for her mom and $10,000 to help her medical bills. The duo then enjoyed a slow dance to "Pray".

Ashley said she "just wanted to scream" when she was dancing with Justin. The "Where Are You Now" crooner put Ashley's hands on his shoulder and then wrapped his hands around her waist. He ended the dance with a kiss on Ashley's hand.
