Chris and Christina were joined by Ed Helms as well as veteran actor Chevy Chase at the comedy movie's premiere on Monday, July 27.

AceShowbiz - Chris Hemsworth, Christina Applegate and Ed Helms took over the Regency Village Theatre for "Vacation" premiere on Monday, July 27 in Los Angeles. The event marked the reunion of two generations of "Vacation" stars as Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo attended the event.

Chevy and Beverly who also starred in 1983's "National Lampoon's Vacation" were joined by Chris, Christina and Ed, posing arm-in-arm for photographers. Chris and Ed looked dapper in blue suits while Beverly seemed a bit unwell wearing a broken-arm sling for his right arm.

Chris attended the event alongside wife Elsa Pataky. The 39-year-old Spanish beauty stole the spotlight as she looked stunning in dusty pink lace mini dress with floral design. She also wore a pair of matching stilettos while holding a simple gold clutch.

Amidst the event, the Spanish model made a small joke, telling ET that her husband's abs were a constant topic of discussion on set. " 'Come on, that looks so soft. What moisturizer do you use? That's incredible.' We all would watch and be like, 'Mhm. Amazing. Wow.' Men, women, children, animals, everyone stopped," she recalled.

Not only Elsa, but Chris' brothers Liam Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth also supported him at the event. The three brothers looked to be having a great time, smiling for the cameras on the red carpet.

"Vacation" centers on a grown-up Rusty Griswold (Ed) who surprises his wife, Debbie (Christina), and their two sons with a cross-country trip back to America's favorite family fun park, Walley World. Directed by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein, the comedy movie will arrive in U.S. theaters on July 29.
