The subject of Swift's hit 'Bad Blood' says she finds it 'ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman.'

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry has weighed in on Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift's Twitter feud. A day after the latter two had a heated argument over the raptress' MTV Video Music Award nominations, the "Roar" hitmaker took to Twitter to seemingly diss her nemesis Swift.

"Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalizes on the take down of a woman...," she wrote on Wednesday, July 22. She's apparently making reference to Swift's "Bad Blood", which is about the former country star feuding with another female entertainer everyone believes is Perry.

In a follow-up tweet, Perry gave a shout-out to Rihanna as she expressed her disappointment over the exclusion of the Bajan singer's "B**ch Better Have My Money" from all categories at the VMAs. "The real travesty is where is the shine for #BBHMMVideo when VMA eligibility period was 7/7/14-7/1/15 & that gem dropped 7/1... @MTV," she continued.

Minaj and Swift got into an online spat on Tuesday, after the Young Money femcee found out her "Anaconda" video wasn't nominated for the coveted Video of the Year. "If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year," she then complained on Twitter.

Swift, one of only two female artists nominated for the big prize, felt attacked by the comment. "I've done nothing but love & support you. It's unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot," the 25-year-old songbird responded.

Minaj spent the rest of the day trying to make it clear that her tweet wasn't directed at Swift or anyone in particular. "Nothing I said had to do with Taylor. So what jabs? White media and their tactics. So sad. That's what they want," she said. Meanwhile, Swift asked the "Only" spitter to join her onstage at one of her upcoming shows.
