The new trailer features new footage of Eisenberg's Mike trying to survive after he becomes the target of an operation to get rid of trained sleeper agents like him.

AceShowbiz - Lionsgate has debuted a new trailer for "American Ultra". Released online on Monday, July 20, the video offers more glimpses at Jesse Eisenberg as Mike, a stoner and convenience store clerk who later finds out that he's actually a highly trained agent.
Being the target of a CIA operation intended to get rid of agents like him, Mike has to unleash his Jason Bourne-esque ability to survive. As seen in the two-minute trailer, he uses spoon and frying pan among others as weapons. Caught in the chaos is his girlfriend Phoebe, played by Kristen Stewart.
"American Ultra" is hitting U.S. theaters on August 21. It's directed by Nima Nourizadeh ("Project X") and written by Max Landis ("Chronicle"). In addition to Eisenberg and Stewart, who previously worked together in 2009's "Adventureland", the film stars Connie Britton, Topher Grace, Walton Goggins, John Leguizamo and Bill Pullman.
