The 'Tomorrowland' actor and his wife are reportedly trying for a baby ten months after they got married.

AceShowbiz - George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney are trying for a baby ten months after they tied the knot in Venice, Italy, Us Weekly reports. A source tells the site, "They decided that it would be the right time. Amal isn't taking on extra work at the moment and just continuing with the cases she has."

An insider says Amal wants to give birth to her first child in London next year, right after the renovation of the couple's $15 million English countryside home is completed. "The building plans include a nursery," the insider adds of George and Amal's 9,000 square-foot mansion, which has nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms. "They hope to have all the work done by Christmas."

A third source claims that George and Amal aren't leaving their family's future to chance as the pair "recently visited a fertility center." The source adds, "This is something they really want." George allegedly wants to have kids now because he "loves the relationships his friends have with their kids. George is ready for this step and he thinks that Amal will be a great mother."

Back in May, George said in an interview with Charlie Rose on "CBS This Morning" that having children was not his priority. Charlie asked George, "The one thing that I don't have in my life is children. Do you even think about that?" to which the "Gravity" actor replied, "I don't really [think about it]. I mean, I've thought about it, I suppose, but it hasn't been high on my list. I've been asked [about kids] a lot lately because I've gotten married and I'm doing a movie with kids in it."
