Bryan Singer May Confirm Gambit Appearance in 'X-Men: Apocalypse'
Movie

The director posted on Instagram a selfie with Channing Tatum which sparked a speculation about Tatum's cameo appearance for the sequel to 'X-Men: Days of Future Past'.

AceShowbiz - While director Bryan Singer is busy filming "X-Men: Apocalypse" in Canada, news about the follow-up to "X-Men: Days of Future Past" keeps coming out. Singer recently posted an Instagram photo which sparked a speculation that Channing Tatum's Gambit would make an appearance in the upcoming movie.

The image features Singer and Tatum who made signs with his fingers. It was seemingly taken by Singer himself and was captioned, "Always wanted to work with this guy! ;) #XMen #Gambit @channingtatum." The hashtags he used in the caption seemed to indicate that he wanted to include the actor in his currently-in-development movie. Although this could mean Tatum's mutant character would make a cameo appearance in "Apocalypse", this is pure a speculation and there isn't any confirmation just yet.

"Apocalypse" takes place in the 80s, a decade after "Days of Future Past". The altering of time has unleashed a new and uniquely powerful enemy. Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and Professor X (James McAvoy) team up with other X-Men members to fight the new enemy. Written by Simon Kinberg, the movie will arrive in U.S. theaters on May 27, 2016.
