The country heartthrob was joined by his opening acts Dustin Lunch, Thomas Rhett and Randy Houser to perform a version of the hit during the concert at Vanderbilt Stadium.

AceShowbiz - Luke Bryan formed a band comprising of him and his opening acts when his tour recently stopped at Nashville's Vanderbilt Stadium. He brought Dustin Lynch, Thomas Rhett and Randy Houser back to the stage for a cover of Maroon 5's "Sugar".

In a video taken and shared on YouTube by a fan in the crowd, Bryan sat at the piano during the song. Standing on his left and right sides, Rhett and Lynch both played the acoustic guitar while Houser played the bass.

Before starting the song, the four-piece posed for some selfies onstage. They also sang a snippet of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and "Blood" as well as the theme song of "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" before finally launching into the Maroon 5 hit. The four men put a country spin to the pop tune as they took turn singing the lyrics and teamed up for the chorus.

"Randy Houser, how many times have you played bass guitar in your life?" Bryan asked mid-song. After Houser said, "Eight times," he told him, "That's what happens when you're on tour with me, Randy. You might have to do something you don't typically do."
