The rapper scores his first No. 1 album on the chart as 'Dreams Worth More Than Money' starts with 246,000, while the R'n'B singer earns his highest-charting set yet with 'Wildheart'.

AceShowbiz - Meek Mill's "Dreams Worth More Than Money" has officially landed at No. 1 on Billboard 200. The album, which was announced just five days before it was released last week via Maybach/Atlantic Records, debuts atop the list with 246,000 equivalent units, according to Nielsen Music.

The album marks Mill's second studio effort, but his first to top the chart. With 215,000 copies of traditional sales, the new record logs the rapper's biggest sales week yet. His previous LP, 2012's "Dreams and Nightmares", opened with 165,000.

"Dreams Worth More Than Money" becomes the fourth largest opening for an album in 2015, following Drake's "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" (495,000), Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp a Butterfly" (324,000) and Mumford & Sons' "Wilder Mind" (231,000). Mill additionally becomes the fifth act in a row to score their first No. 1 album. Those who earned their first chart-topping project in the previous weeks were Breaking Benjamin, James Taylor, Muse and Florence and the Machine.

Back to this week's Billboard 200, Miguel's "Wildheart" starts at No. 2 with 48,000 units, including 41,000 pure album sales. It gives the R&B star his highest-charting album yet. His 2012 LP "Kaleidoscope Dream" arrived at No. 3 with 71,000 copies.

Trailing closely behind is Taylor Swift's "1989" which sits at No. 3 with 48,000. Ed Sheeran's "X" and James Taylor's "Before This World" close out the top 5 with 39,000 and 33,000, respectively.

Last week's No. 1, Breaking Benjamin's "Dark Before Dawn", plunges to this week's No. 6 with 31,000. Rock act X Ambassadors debuts at No. 7 as their first full-length album "VHS" starts with 30,000 units. The set is powered by its lead single "Renegades" which has been spending multiple weeks atop the Alternative Songs chart.

Sam Hunt's "Montevallo" is keeping its position steady at No. 8 with 29,000 units. At No. 9, rock group August Burns Red collects their second top 10 effort as "Found in Far Away Places" arrives with 29,000, their best sales week yet. The soundtrack of "Magic Mike XXL" takes the last spot in the top 10 with 26,000 units.
