Judge has agreed to unseal the court records in the old sexual abuse suit filed by Andrea Constand against the 77-year-old comedian.

AceShowbiz - Bill Cosby admitted under oath back in 2005 that he gave women drugs for the purpose of sex. In the September 29, 2005 deposition obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Bill was asked, "When you got the Quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?" He replied, "Yes."

After Bill admitted it, his lawyer attempted to argue to the judge that the comedian "misunderstood the question" and thought it only pertained to Theresa Serignese, one of his three accusers who sued him for defamation in Massachusetts.

U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno agreed on Monday, July 6 to unseal court records in a settled case brought by Andrea Constand, which Bill previously fought to keep it sealed. Eduardo said, "[Cosby] has donned the mantle of public moralist and mounted the proverbial electronic or print soap box to volunteer his views on, among other things, childrearing, family life, education, and crime. To the extent that Defendant has freely entered the public square and 'thrust himself into the vortex of th[ese] public issue[s],' he has voluntarily narrowed the zone of privacy that he is entitled to claim."

In the court records, Bill testified that he once asked Tom Illus of William Morris Agency to send money to one female accuser. The comedian also said that he once offered Andrea's mother some money for her education because he feared she would use the claims to embarrass him. Andrea's attorney said Bill sent one of his accusers to meet a rep at William Morris Agency.

Bill allegedly used a modeling agency in Denver "to supply him with young women." After some alleged victims came forward, the comedian reportedly used the William Morris Agency "to funnel money" to accusers. If the lawsuit was proceeded further, the agency would have been named as co-defendant. According to Andrea's attorney, "the Agency not only permitted defendant to libel plaintiff... it also used other celebrities under contract to them to publicize that slander, in order to preserve their economic interest in defendant."

Following the revelation, Judd Apatow reacted on Twitter, writing, "It's a very sad situation. Now can we all stand up and support the victims? Will silence continue? Cosby admits to offering 'educational trusts' to women who accused him. That is how young they were. College kids."

Judd also told Esquire, "I don't think there is anything new here. It is only new to people who didn't believe an enormous amount of women who stated clearly that he drugged them. We shouldn't need Bill Cosby to admit it to believe forty people who were victimized by him. I am sure there are many victims who have not come forward. Maybe now more people in show business and all around our country will stand up and tell the people he attacked that we support you and believe you. I also hope Camille Cosby and Phylicia Rashad will now stand with the victims and not with their attacker."
