Director Paul Feig teased fans with a photo of a proton pack which will be used by the titular team to hunt down ghosts in upcoming 'Ghostbusters' reboot.

AceShowbiz - After sharing a photo of costumes for his upcoming untitled Ghostbusters reboot, director Paul Feig teased fans with another photo which gives a look at the iconic proton pack. The director posted the photo on Twitter and captioned it, "#whatyougonnawear."

Just like what he did with the costumes, Feig only made minor tweak to the new proton pack, so that it still resembles the original. The shape of the proton pack is quiet the same with the original which had circular machine on the back. It seems like Feig wants to retain and preserve anything from the old films while offering his own fresh innovation on things.

The production of the reboot which stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy and Kate McKinnon has begun in Boston. Wiig was previously spotted on the set of the movie while filming a scene in a brown wig. She wore matching plaid blazer and flare skirt while staring at two men who were fighting near her.

McCarthy and McKinnon were also spotted running on the street while filming the movie. McKinnon donned a leather jacket over a dirty overall while bringing a huge bag. The duo stars in the movie as writers who write a book about the existence of ghosts among human.

Besides McCarthy, Wiig, Leslie Jones and McKinnon, fans will see Chris Hemsworth as a receptionist for the team in the film. Ivan Reitman is producing while the script is written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. The reboot is slated for a release on July 22, 2016 in the United States.
