AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey lands a deal with "Game of War: Fire Age". The Grammy-winning singer is reportedly hired to replace Kate Upton, who is getting busier with Hollywood movies, as the new face of the popular game.
Carey reportedly receives a seven-figure paycheck. Her deal include a 30-second commercial filmed by Alan Taylor ("Thor: The Dark World", "Terminator Genisys") and the use of her music in the promotional material.
Mariah Carey is currently doing a residency show in Las Vegas. She released her new album "Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse" last year and a greatest hits compilation "#1 to Infinity" earlier this year.
Kate Upton, meanwhile, was last seen in "The Other Woman" last year with Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. The model will next star in "The Layover".
