According to government paperwork from December, the reality star must give up her vehicle and 25 percent of her earnings in order to satisfy judgment against her and her husband.

AceShowbiz - New reports surfaced on Tuesday, June 9 saying that Teresa Giudice was obliged to surrender her 2005 Maserati Quattroporte and pay 25 percent of her salary from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" to government. The order was issued to help her satisfy a court judgment against her and her husband Joe Giudice.

According to consent orders filed by the U.S. Attorney's Office last week, the government will also grab half of the rent from her family's rental property on Pine Brook Road in Lincoln Park, N.J., and furnishings from the couple's main home in Montville, N.J.

The money and property will go toward a $415,598 judgment following her federal fraud charges last year over concealing income and lying during bankruptcy proceedings.

An attorney for Teresa, James Leonard, Jr., said that the agreement with federal prosecutor was made in December before she entered prison. The deal was made for her to pay restitution ordered by U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas at her sentencing.

"Back in December, before Teresa went to prison on Jan. 5, she and I met with attorneys from the U.S. Attorney's office in Newark, as well as investigators from the U.S. Attorney's Financial Litigation Unit," James told PEOPLE.

"While the government may have recently filed these orders, it was signed and agreed upon in late December and the only thing that has happened since then is that she has made payments in accordance with that agreement," he continued.

James insisted that government would seize nothing from Teresa. "We reached agreements that same day in December on how the restitution would be paid back. The debt now is under $200,000. All the debts will be paid in full," he added. "There has been nothing new seized from the home and nothing else will be seized from them."
