The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' couple is begging the judge to put an end to the lawsuit as the YouTube co-founder has never formally responded to their initial complaint.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are begging a Los Angeles judge to put an end to a lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley over their leaked engagement video. The powerhouse couple says in their court document, obtained by Radar Online, that Chad has never formally responded to their initial complaint.

The document state, "Plaintiffs have not pursued a default on Defendants, nor do they wish to do so at this time. However, as this matter was filed one and one-half years ago, and Defendant's Answer was due long ago, there is no need for further delays."

"Plaintiffs therefore respectful request that the Court order the Defendants to file an Answer forthwith upon Remand, and in this regard, Plaintiffs have no objection to providing Defendant with the ten days the request following the remand Order in which to file and serve an Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint," the document continues.

Both parties have a scheduled status conference on Thursday, June 11.

Kim and Kanye sued Chad and his company Avos Systems Inc. back in October 2013 for sharing a two-and-a-half minute clip taken from their engagement which took place AT&T Park in San Fransisco. At that time, the couple claimed Chad broke confidentiality agreement by sharing the video to his 500,000 Twitter followers while the footage was meant to air on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".
