The former 'Saved by the Bell' actor has been found not guilty in the first count of reckless endangerment stemming from a Christmas bar fight.

AceShowbiz - Dustin Diamond has been found not guilty of a felony in his three-day stabbing trial. According to the verdict, announced on late Friday, May 29, a Wisconsin jury convicted Dustin of two misdemeanors but cleared him of the most serious felony charge.

The former "Saved by the Bell" actor was found not guilty in the first count of reckless endangerment stemming from a bar fight back in December. Meanwhile, he was found guilty of carrying concealed weapon and of disorderly conduct.

Dustin's lawyer Thomas Alberti said, "We're happy with the results, we think that justice has been done. The jury did a good job."

The verdict came just hours after the former child actor testified in court that he didn't intentionally stab Casey Smet during the altercation. He said he was trying to protect his fiancee Amanda Schultz.

Dustin admitted that he did have a pocket knife, but he only showed it to a group of people fighting with his fiancee as an intimidation tactic. The 38-year-old actor also believed Casey hurt himself while grabbing him. "Casey didn't even know he was injured, so how would I?" he told the jury.
