The 'Mortdecai' actress bares her toned abs in various crop top and bikini bottoms in the photospread of the magazine's June issue.

AceShowbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow flaunts her toned abs and bikini body in the June issue of Women's Health magazine. In the cover photo, Gwyneth rolls her blue crop tee to show off her toned belly. She pairs the crop top with white bikini bottoms.

In another picture from the spread, the "Iron Man" actress dons a grey crop tank top and three-tone bikini bottoms, showing her toned arms and abs from the side. She also sports a tight black-and-white tank top paired with black panties. She flashes V-sign while smiling widely to the camera.

In an interview with the magazine, Gwyneth talks about maintaining her fit body. "I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago," the "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow" actress says, before sharing her daily routine and diet, "My routine is the same every weekday. I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work."

The star of "The Avengers" starts her day with a cup of coffee with half-and-half. "Me with no coffee is not a good look," she says. "Then I'll have a smoothie after I work out. For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want. Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes."

Gwyneth also shoots down rumors that she didn't let her children enjoy kid-friendly foods. "My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out," she tells the magazine, "I don't believe in saying, 'You're not allowed that.' If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know?"

She recalls, "The other day I was flying and the turbulence was so bad, I was like, 'F**k this.' I had a Bloody Mary in the middle of the day. I'm not really a 'beauty person.' I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself. I'm not like, 'Then I use this masque that I make on my stove.' "

When talking about dating in her 40s, Gwyneth says, "If I'm in a relationship at this point in my life, it's got to be a relationship worth sustaining, you know what I mean? I don't have the time or inclination."
