Australian agriculture minister gave Johnny two days only to send his pet dogs out of Australia or they might be killed.

AceShowbiz - Johnny Depp may have not been more than a month in Australia, but seemingly he has broken the law of the country. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star got a serious ultimatum from Australia Department of Agriculture as he allegedly snuck his pet dogs, Pistol and Boo, in the airplane he rode as he entered Australia.

Johnny and his wife Amber Heard jetted off to Australia last month to continue filming the newest sequel of the pirate movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales". The pair were said to bring the two dogs illegally on the private jet because they didn't declare them when they returned to Australia.

"He has decided to bring to our nation two dogs without actually getting proper certification and the proper permits required. Basically, it looks like he snuck them in," Australian Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce said on Wednesday, May 13. He said that Australian authorities found out about the dogs as "we saw him taking them to a poodle groomer."

"It's time that Pistol and Boo buggered off back to the United States," Joyce warned Johnny. The authorities gave the actor difficult choices to send the dogs out of Australia voluntarily within 2 days or the terriers would be put down. "Mr. Depp has to either take his dogs back to California or we are going to have to euthanize them. He has now got about 50 hours left to remove the dogs. He can put them on the same charter jet he flew out on and fly them back out of our nation," so Joyce explained.

According to Australian law, people can bring their pets to Australia only after they get permission and have the animals quarantined for at least 10 days before entering the country. The law is for everyone including famous stars like Johnny.

"Just because he's Johnny Depp does not mean he's exempt from Australian law," Joyce assured that the law was very strict. "You start letting in movie stars, even though they have been the sexiest man alive twice, who come into our nation, why don't we just break the laws for everybody?" So far, neither Johnny nor Amber has addressed the matter.
